Family Bereavement

When someone dies or you have a family bereavement, usually there is a need for consideration to be given to the legal consequences which arise on various issues.  We have general expertise in giving advice in these areas.

Specifically, when someone you are close to dies it may be your responsibility to deal with their affairs as their Executor, or it may be that you think you have a right to receive a legacy from the person who has died.  In either case you may need legal advice and help which we are able to give.

You may also need advice as to what the law provides in relation to how the estate of someone who has died is to be distributed.  This is another area in which we are able to give assistance.
